LegalSaaS ("المحامي الذكي") provides a cloud-based legal practice management platform (SaaS) including case management, client management, document management, financial tracking, and calendar features. The service is accessible via web browsers and mobile applications.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for all data and content uploaded or entered into the system. You must comply with applicable data protection laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, its software, design, and trademarks are exclusively owned by LegalSaaS. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights over the platform.
Subscription fees are calculated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are due monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Amounts due must be paid on time. If payment is delayed for more than 15 days, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your data for 30 days. After that period, data will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to terminate service in case of violation of these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
