We offer a full refund within 20 days from the subscription start date. If you are not satisfied with the service during this period, you can request a full refund of the amount paid, no questions asked.
To request a refund, please contact us via email at support@legalsaas.com or through the contact form on our website. Your request should include: firm name, registered email address, and reason for refund (optional).
Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of receipt. The amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the original subscription.
After the 20-day period expires, paid amounts are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
In exceptional cases, such as extended service outages due to our error, we may offer a partial refund or free subscription extension. These cases are evaluated on an individual basis.
Upon approval of a refund request, your account will be suspended immediately. You will be able to export your data within 7 days of approval. After that, all data will be permanently deleted.
